We are all aware of how today’s tough economic times are affecting everyone – friends, family and co-workers. People who have never needed help before are reaching out.
Local nonprofit agencies have also been greatly affected. Government funding has been cut, donations are down, and there is a tremendous demand for services – especially for food, utility and rent assistance. That’s why we’re proud to partner with ABC-7 for this campaign.
The commercial asks residents to donate $5 and to ask five of their friends to do the same. Money raised will help your neighbors affected by the downturn in the economy.
It’s easy to GIVE5 and as always, money raised Bay Area, stays in the Bay Area to help local children, and their families get back on the Road to Recovery.
