Earn It! Keep It! Save It! was honored to work with California’s First Lady Maria Shriver in San Francisco for her EITC Statewide Promotional Tour. During the February 12 event, VITA site volunteers processed tax returns, and were able to inform filers about other important tax credits they may have been eligible to receive. Together we can help working families keep all of the money they’ve earned.
Thank you to Maria Shriver, the First Lady, for her leadership on this issue as well as San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom, Treasurer Jose Cisneros, and District Attorney Kamala D. Harris for their efforts in connecting working families to the broad range of city and statewide services that are available.
